A state of emergency has been declared in Long Branch as flooding takes its toll on streets and houses.

A coastal storm is underway Friday and it's bringing heavy downpours to the tri-state area. Major flooding is currently impacting traffic all over the area, particularly across the five boroughs in New York City.
