Flood warnings were in effect for parts of New Jersey early Wednesday morning, and not expiring until later in the evening, after ongoing overnight rains brought more flooding fears to the area.
The nor'easter brought flooding and strong winds to the tri-state area on Tuesday, and then showers picked up again into early Wednesday.
