Bring the umbrella: Wet, dreary Tuesday

A stationary front will remain over the tri-state area for the next few days, keeping conditions unsettled over much of region. We can expect showers Tuesday morning giving way to partly sunny skies in the afternoon. Rain could return later Tuesday night. The high temperature will be around 69 in the city and mid 60s in the suburbs.
