After weeks of being on lock down due to the Coronavirus, the nation is beginning to slowly re-open.
But how do you “socially distance” safely? One new jersey doctor has some tips on that, plus advice on how to boost our immune system.
Doctor Jeffrey Weiss, from the Infusion Center of New Jersey says boosting our immunity and prevention are key. “I recommend following the CDC guidelines which is basically wearing masks, gloves and washing your hands and face.” It’s also important to know how to take off your mask and gloves safely.
Dr. Weiss is board certified in internal medicine and treats a host of ailments with his infusion therapy.
“I have treated patients with chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, lupus, arthritis and other autoimmune diseases.”
And now he’s on the front lines trying to protect people from the Coronavirus by boosting their immunity. “I recommend infusions for everyone. The benefits of getting an IV fusion during this time is insuring you have a strong primary prevention. Prevention is the best cure and the only cure when it comes to a virus.”
Dr. Weiss offers numerous treatments, but his most popular is the Meyer’s Elite which he’s recommending for all his patients currently. It’s a one-size-fits-all nutritional supplementation.
“It will make you feel better on the outside meaning you will feel the effects immediately the same day but not only that, it changes you on the inside. It makes you healthier, it gives you all the nutrients, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and other things that you don’t get.”
The infusion center is open 360 days a year, and that means they’re taking extra safety precautions during the pandemic. “We are all tested weekly, all staff is suited in full protective equipment in the office. We also screen at the door, if you screen possible for Covid-19 we don’t allow you in, we offer you a test and home quarantine with a telemedicine visit with me.”
Dr. Weiss says his main goal with his therapies is keeping people *out* of the hospital.
