Police and U.S. Marshals have apprehended the suspect wanted in a Queens bus shooting that left a 14-year-old girl dead in May.

Kevin McClinton, 21, was taken in with out incident in South Carolina, according to published reports.  Police believe McClinton was firing at rival gang members May 18 when a stray bullet struck D’aja Robinson in the head, killing her.  Robinson was on her way home from a sweet sixteen party at the time.

McClinton was arrested Monday morning and is expected to face charges in New York.
