GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Surveillance footage was released Friday showing a Georgia woman shooting at three accused armed robbers, fatally shooting one and scaring off the others, according to area police.

Gwinnett County police released this video of a woman shooting at three burglars in Georgia, killing one, on Sept. 16, 2016.

Police hope the footage, described as unusually clear in its depiction of the Friday, Sept. 16, incident, will help them find the two missing burglars.

The stunning video shows three men holding guns storm into a home shortly after 3:40 a.m. and scatter, apparently looking for items to steal, before a woman dressed in pajamas runs toward them, gun drawn.

As she shoots, the men flee — one running so fast he is caught running through a glass door.

She unloaded the entire gun during the incident, CNN reports.

One of the men, wearing a wig at the time, was fatally shot and found dead on the home’s driveway, police said. It was unclear if the other two were injured.

“She exercised her right to defend her livelihood and property,” Gwinnett County Police Department Cpl. Deon Washington told local station WSB-TV.

The woman has only been identified as a local restaurant manager who was staying at a the home for work-related reasons.

After the shooting, a housemate is seen taking the gun from her.

The footage was released a week after the incident in hopes of finding the two men who got away, police said.

“It’s not common that we receive this caliber of surveillance video showing the crime unfold — an actual home invasion,” Washington said. “They’re not wearing anything on their faces so we’re highly anticipating someone watching the evening newscast will recognize these people.”
