GREAT NECK (PIX11) – A burned body found in a dumpster in Great Neck on Long Island has been identified as a Brooklyn real estate developer who was kidnapped Thursday in Williamsburg.
Menachem Stark, 39, went missing on Thursday morning during the snowstorm.
Police have released surveillance video of the van believed to be involved in the disappearance of the businessman.
Stark left his Williamsburg office and started walking home when two men grabbed him and took off in a light colored 2006 or 2007 Dodge Caravan. Police say the van was last seen traveling eastbound on Broadway.
Detectives on Long Island say the Great Neck body was found in a dumpster at a gas station on Cuttermill Road on Thursday afternoon.
