On the Record with Rep. Mike Lawler: NYC has taken in more than 60K migrants

NEW YORK (PIX11) — Rep. Mike Lawler, who represents New York’s 17th Congressional District which includes Rockland County, said the border crisis has forced New York City to take in over 60,000 migrants in the past year.

The politician said the counties outside the five boroughs don’t have the infrastructure to accept the asylum seekers.
