NEW YORK (PIX11) — NYC Councilman Chi Osse said potential rate hikes on rent-stabilized apartments affect many residents in his Brooklyn district.
In a close vote of five to four, the Rent Guidelines Board voted Tuesday to consider increasing the cost of rent for stabilized apartments.
