NEW YORK (PIX11) —- Catherine Rinaldi, president of the LIRR and Metro-North, said commuters can expect full LIRR service to Grand Central Madison soon. The new transportation hub has been operating on a limited service since opening on Jan. 25.
Rinaldi said people are “loving” the facility.
