DULUTH, Ga. (PIX11) – Two men have been arrested for spying on women using the restroom of an Atlanta-area movie theater–allegedly caught red-handed when they came crashing through the ceiling onto the stalls below.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, police say 26-year-old Eduard Petrovich Kovynev and 27-year-old Eduard Alexander Kovynev entered through the ceiling of the men’s room in the Venture Value Cinema in Duluth, and then crawled across to the women’s side when they came crashing down.

They’ve been charged with “peeping Tom” and criminal damage to property. It’s unclear how long the pair may have been up in the ceiling, but the officer in the arrest warrant wrote the pair were “invading the privacy of several customers.”

Both men are out on bond.
