NEW YORK (AP) — Officials say five people were injured after a New York City bus hit several cars along a Brooklyn street.
Metropolitan Transportation Authority says the bus driver and a female motorist were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following the crash Friday evening.
The MTA says in a release that three others, two bus riders and another motorist, also reported injuries but weren’t hospitalized.
The agency says that the bus hit several cars along Nassau Avenue. But the brief release didn’t say what caused the bus to hit the cars, or specify if the cars were moving or parked, or provide an exact number of cars hit.
