NEW YORK — More than half of all adults in the United States have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and that means many people may soon return to their offices. 

For some, it may be their first time back after more than a year of working from home. 

Such a big change can affect people in many ways, but one of the more common issues is anxiety.

Parenting and resilience expert Dr. Deborah Gilboa joined the PIX11 Morning News to discuss what people can do to reduce their anxiety as they head back to the office.
