(PIX11) – You would never think it, but sitting may be the next health epidemic that could lead to a stern warning from the surgeon general.  According to Dr. James Levine, of the Mayo Clinic, sitting is more dangerous than smoking.

The experts we talked to believe that instead of being chained to your desk, you should make it a habit to get up and walk around every 15 minutes, or you can invest in a stand up desk like the one we tested out here in our studio, courtesy of UpDesk.
