NEW YORK (PIX11) – Train service in Times Square was up and running Wednesday morning following a massive water main break that dumped nearly 2 million gallons of water at one of the city’s major subway hubs.
New York City Transit President Richard Davey gave an update on any long-term impacts that the water main break could have on subway service.
