NEW YORK — Artist and chef Damon Versaggi is the founder of “creative food agency” Scrappy Meals, which helps people turn leftovers into delicious new meals.

Versaggi told PIX11 that “Scrappy Meals” is all about getting people to think about food in a different way.

The program could even help turn your picky eaters (of any age) into more nutritious nibblers.
