NEW YORK — For more than 30 years the Citizens Crime Commission of New York City has worked to make the city’s streets safer.

Commission president Richard Aborn chatted with the PIX11 Morning News on Monday about the spike in gun violence and reforms to address civilian complaints of police misconduct.
