NEW YORK — Film, television, theater, music — Tony Award-winner Ruben Santiago-Hudson has done it all, but there’s one project he continues to win praise for, and that’s “Lackawanna Blues.”

The play celebrates the kind-hearted woman who raised Santiago-Hudson, affectionately called “Nanny.” And for the first time, her story will be told on Broadway.

PIX11’s Dan Mannarino spoke with Santiago-Hudson ahead of the show’s debut.
