NEW YORK (PIX11) – New York City has officially run out of room to house asylum seekers, Mayor Eric Adams said. It comes as dozens of migrants are being removed from a temporary shelter on the West Side due to unsafe conditions.

Monsignor Kevin Sullivan, the executive director of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, talks about what’s being done to address the growing need.
