NEW YORK — Grand juries are typically shrouded in secrecy, but that could soon end in New York. 

Assemblyman Daniel O’Donnell explained more about the bill and its benefits to the average New Yorker. 

He also explained staffing changes made at nursing homes following the controversy surrounding them during the pandemic and how it could make a difference.
