Mental Wellness Monday: Battling burnout

Two years into a pandemic that’s brought all kinds of new stress into our lives. It’s no surprise that burnout is at an all-time high.

Between longer work hours and increased demands at home, so many of us are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed.

Dr. Thea Gallgher, a clinical psychologist and assistant professor at NYU Langone Health spoke with the PIX11 Morning News to discuss what burnout is and impacts it has on mental health.
