Man wrongfully convicted for 1996 murder speaks out after released almost 20 years later

For the first time in nearly 20 years, Richard Rosario is a free man. The 39-year-old man was wrongfully convicted for a 1996 murder. At the time of the murder, Rosario was in Florida, but the Bronx DA and appellate courts stood by the conviction.
