NEW YORK (PIX11) — New York kids may have been sleeping in for most of the summer, but like all good things, that’s coming to an end.

It’s back-to-school season, and parents might need some extra help getting their kids back on track when it comes to sleep. 

Sleep researcher Dr. Sofia Axelrod joined PIX11 Morning News on Friday to give tips on how parents can get their kids on a back-to-school sleep schedule.
