Going vegan? Dietician explains what happens to your body when you go vegan

NEW YORK — More and more people are going vegan, or at least want to try it.

If you have plans to give it a go, it would probably be helpful to know what to expect in the first month of the diet change.

Registered dietician and author and editor Cynthia Sass explained what the vegan diet consists of including weight changes, possible gas and bloating, and changes in our energy and complexion.
