The PIX11 Morning News team tried some edible insects, courtesy of the Stamford Museum and Nature Center.
Betty Nguyen, Dan Mannarino, Marysol Castro and Ben Aaron took their pick of meal worms, super meal worms, wax worms and crickets — all drizzled in honey.
There are some health benefits to eating certain roasted insects, which have a lot of protein, said Lisa Monachelli, with the Stamford Museum and Nature Center.
