NEW YORK (PIX11) – Black and Latino drivers are pulled over for traffic stops by the NYPD more than any other groups, according to a new study from the New York Civil Liberties Union.
The report also highlighted that these traffic stops are concentrated in specific neighborhoods.
Donna Lieberman, the executive director of the NYCLU, discusses the findings.
