NEW YORK — As parts of the world start reopening, we’re seeing more chaotic and rowdy scenes from people throwing water bottles at athletes to attacking flight attendants and even violence on the subways.

It’s left many people wondering if a year of lockdowns has caused some people to have trouble reentering society.

Neuroanatomist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor explained how our brains have been “pandemically wired” and how those changes affect the way we behave.
