NEW YORK (PIX11) – The first class of Big Russ’ Barber and training youth development program in Harlem graduated this week!
Over in Brooklyn, NYCHA began repairs and appliance replacements at an apartment inside the Sterling/Buffalo Houses in Crown Heights. They’re also working with the mother on solving her rat problem for good.
