BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — The man caught on video getting knocked down by snow sprayed by a speeding plow has finally come forward and he says he may sue the city.

Pedro Placo says he was walking down Coney Island Avenue at about 5 a.m. last Wednesday when two snow plows came careening down the street.

One of the plows sent a wall of snow flying, knocking Placo on the ground and breaking parts of the window at a nearby car dealership.

“My head, my eyes now, I have a little pain,” Placo said.

The Department of Sanitation said disciplinary action is being taken against the drivers.

Placo said he has not heard from the city regarding the incident.
