UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan — Police are looking for a man accused of grabbing a woman and shoving a bag of feces down her pants while she was walking on the Upper East Side Monday.
The assault happened around 6 p.m. on East 74th Street.
Police say the suspect approached the woman from behind, grabbed her waist and buttocks while shoving a bag of feces down her pants. He then fled the area in an unknown direction.
He is described as a man in his 40s, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds with an afro hairstyle.
