STATEN ISLAND — Police are searching for two people who were caught on surveillance video stealing more than 100 pairs of underwear from a Victoria’s Secret at the Staten Island mall in January.

On New Year’s Day, a man and woman walked into Victoria’s Secret around 12:15 p.m. The woman acted as a lookout while the man went into the drawers and shoved about 80 pairs of underwear, worth $1,000, into his bag, officials said. They both then fled the store.

On Jan. 16, they returned to the same lingerie store around 12:30 p.m. and stole about 120 pairs of underwear, worth $1,500, according to officials.
