JAMAICA, Queens — Police are looking for a man who raped a woman in a Queens alley early Saturday morning, the NYPD said Sunday.

According to authorities, a 27-year-old woman was walking along Jamaica Avenue, near 163rd Street, around 4 a.m. when a man walking ahead of her stopped.

As the woman started to walk around him, the man grabbed her, dragged her into a nearby alley and raped her, police said.

EMS took the woman to a nearby hospital with injuries to her head, body, arms and legs, authorities said.

The man police are looking for is described as between 25 and 35 years old, standing about 5 feet, 6 inches, and last seen wearing black sneakers, a dark-colored ski cap, a tan vest, blue jeans, and a black sweater.

The NYPD has put out the above surveillance images of the man in question.
