NEW YORK (PIX11) — Dozens of babies in New York City will celebrate their first Halloween in the neonatal intensive care unit this year. One nurse at New York-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns has been hard at work making Halloween costumes for the babies since last year.
