NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. –– New Jersey Transit has restored Northeast Corridor service following a pedestrian fatality.

However, passengers are facing delays of up to 60 minutes in both directions between Trenton and Metropark.

Service was suspended between Trenton and Princeton Junction Tuesday morning after a person was struck and killed by a train near the Jersey Avenue station.
