Montclair kids of all ages fighting for skate park

New Jersey

MONTCLAIR, N.J. — During the pandemic, kids of all ages have been dropping in on a makeshift skate park in Montclair.

However, it currently gets so much use that the decks and other supplies are starting to wear thin.

Skaters, along with Councilman Rob Russo, want to build a permanent skate park in Montclair.
