FREEHOLD, NJ — Brothers gave a ride to several juveniles and then allegedly sexually assaulted them, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni said.

Wilson Cesaire, 21, and Wilfrid Cesaire, 28, were arrested on charges of kidnapping, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, endangering the welfare of another person and cruelty and neglect of children, Gramiccioni said.

“This must be repeated over and over again – you do not take rides from strangers, Gramiccioni said. “There are predators who will obviously take advantage of any situation as it presents itself. We will prosecute these individuals to the fullest extent of the law.”

Four juveniles were out for a walk when the Cesaire brothers allegedly offered them a ride, officials said. The juveniles were brought to a QuickChek convenience store in Manalapan and then the Asbury Park home of one of the Cesaire brothers.

The Cesaires allegedly gave the four juveniles marijuana, ecstasy and alcohol.

They were arrested Friday and face up to life in prison if convicted.

Investigators are seeking additional information about the Cesaire brothers’ activities and are looking to identify other possible victims or suspects. Anyone with any information please contact Detective Lemar Whittaker of the Asbury Park Police Department at 732-775-2578.
