NEW YORK (PIX11) — The results are in, and the Mets’ new service puppy-in-training has a name.
The Mets asked fans last week to weigh in on whether the pup should be named “Homer,” “Scout,” or “Seaver.”
The poll ended on Sunday. On Monday, the Mets announced that the service puppy will be named Seaver, after the Hall of Fame pitcher Tom Seaver.
