Yorkville — A veteran NYPD cop was busted early Saturday morning for drunken driving after she rear ended an SUV on the FDR Drive, police sources said.

Angelica Beltran, 39, who has 15 years on the force was driving northbound on the FDR Drive near 92md Street when she slammed into a 2010 GMC Suburban around 3:30 a.m.

Sources say the 44-year-old driver of the SUV and a passenger were transported to New York Presbyterian Hospital and treated for neck and back pain.

The officer was taken into custody and charged with DWI at the 19th Precinct, although it wasn’t clear whether her blood alcohol was over the legal limit because she refused a Breathalyzer test, sources said.

Beltran, who is assigned to the department’s Community Affairs Bureau, was suspended.
