Police sources said the teenager was attacked by two men for “no reason” around 10:30 p.m. at the notorious Manhattan public housing complex.

He was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment.

Violence has riddled these East Harlem projects in recent weeks. On April 1st, a man was shot in the leg just a few days after another individual was pierced by a bullet. On March 25th, 16-year-old Juwan Taverez  was shot to the head and died two days later.
