MANHATTAN (PIX11) —Jen Glantz, 26, is a bridesmaid for hire.

She came up with the idea last year, she told us, and said the requests have been pouring in.

Glantz lives in Manhattan. She started her own business last year.

“I think for brides out there, it’s important to remember that this is a once in a lifetime experience and opportunity and to close your eyes, and just remember that this is the day you’ve always dreamed of,” said Glanz.

Whether or not Brides disclose that Glantz is being hired, she told us it is up to the bride.

“It’s typically up to the Bride to disclose I’m being hired or not,” said Glantz

Glantz told us she is working with over 25 brides right now in the United States, but said she is interested in working Internationally. Glantz also told PIX11 News that she is also working to expand her business to help Grooms.

Glantz’s website is www.bridesmaidforhire.com.
