EAST HARLEM — A wheelchair-bound 93-year-old woman was shopping at a clothing store with her attendant in Harlem when a man reached into her cleavage and stole her envelope of cash, police said.

The woman and her attendant were at Regines Originals clothing store at 176 E. 116th St. around noon when a man walked into the store. The woman was looking at the wall of clothes when he reached into her cleavage and took a white envelope with an unspecified amount of cash, according to police.

The attendant turned around when the woman yelled a moment later and searched for the envelope. The man had already fled the store.

The robber is described as a man about 35 years old, 5-feet 10-inches, 160 pounds with brown hair.
