NEW YORK, NY (PIX11) — “Central Perk,” the iconic coffee shop in the popular TV show “Friends,” will be coming to New York City for a limited time.

In celebration of the show’s 20th anniversary, Warner Bros. announced a replica pop-up shop will open in downtown Manhattan. The shop is scheduled to open its doors on Sept. 17 and will be available to visit until Oct. 18. Central Perk will be located at 199 Lafayette Street in SoHo.

The replica shop will include an orange couch and other props from the show. James Michael Tyler, who played Central Perk’s manager, Gunther, will also make special appearances.

Visitors will be able to have limited-edition Central Perk Roast, as well as free cups of Eight O’Clock Coffee. There will also be giveaways, weekly sing-alongs to Phoebe’s songs and show merchandise, according to MTV.

Central Perk was a common gathering spot for the Friends cast during the show’s 10 seasons. Friends’ final episode aired on May 6, 2004.

News of the perky pop-up comes as Jimmy Kimmel wrangled part of the “Friends” crew for a mini-reunion on his late-night show.
