MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — An annual New York City tradition is underway, and they don’t call it the “Feast of all Feasts” for nothing.

The Feast of San Gennaro began its 11-day run on Thursday. It’s already living up to its name.

For the 97th time, people are flocking to Little Italy in Manhattan to celebrate and eat.

The eating contests were canceled this year due to health concerns.
