Empire State Building to celebrate Lunar New Year with virtual lighting ceremony, window display

MANHATTAN — The Empire State Building was lit up in red Wednesday night in honor of the Lunar New Year.

The Year of the Ox begins on Friday.

The Empire State Building isn’t just celebrating with a light outside; there’s also a special exhibition inside. It’s iconic Fifth Avenue lobby was transformed.
