East Harlem community remembers victims, helps survivors 4 years after Hurricane Maria

EAST HARLEM, Manhattan — Monday marked four years since Hurricane Maria wreaked havoc on Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

PIX11’s Monica Morales was in East Harlem, where families honored the thousands who died with a new monument on Third Avenue that shows this community will never forget.
