Caught on camera: Car narrowly misses worker, careens off road into UES Starbucks

UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan — A black sedan careened into the side of a Starbucks at 69th St and 1st Avenue, narrowly missing a street worker Monday morning.

Surveillance video from Patsy’s Pizzeria shows a black sedan speeding down 69th Street, and veering to the left, missing a street worker by mere inches.

EMS responded to the scene at 9:14 a.m. Monday. Two people suffered non-life threatening injuries in the crash.
