UNIONDALE, Long Island (PIX11) — Nassau County lawmakers this week voted overwhelmingly in favor of approving a Las Vegas Sands Casino and Resort takeover of the Nassau Coliseum site.
The project could mean thousands of new jobs and millions in revenue for the community.
