NEW YORK (PIX11) — On this Memorial Day, hundreds of athletes gathered on Long Island to honor the late Navy Seal LT Michael Murphy by taking the “Murph Challenge.”
The workout was a grueling physical and mental test and was Murphy’s favorite.
Monday marked the first challenge at the newly-opened LT Michael P. Murphy Navy Seal Museum in West Sayville.
