BROOKLYN (PIX11) — Despite the MTA’s constant warnings, teens and young adults continue to pull off dangerous stunts on the subways. This time, a man leaps clear across the subway tracks in Brooklyn as his friend records.

In a video posted to Facebook last week, the man is seen warming up for the jump at the Bedford-Nostrand Avenue station. “Get it right,” the man behind the camera says as the friend hesitantly runs up to the platform edge. The man finally jumps from one platform to the the other, landing on his feet with a loud thump.

Last month, 3 teens were photographed riding on the back of a subway car on the Upper West Side. MTA spokesman Kevin Ortiz said “stupidity has no bounds” after seeing the photo. Also, a homeless man was recently killed in the Bronx when he attempted to urinate between subway cars and fell.
