WILLIAMSBURG, Brooklyn — Robbers slashed employees at a Modell’s Sporting Goods in Brooklyn on Wednesday, police said.

One 20-year-old employee was slashed in the face and suffered a deep laceration from his lip to his ear, officials said. The other employee, also 20, was slashed in the back and shoulder.

They’d tried to stop robbers from exiting the Graham Avenue store, police said.

The robbers fled on food eastbound toward Broadway.

Both store employees were brought to a local hospital.

Police have asked for help identifyingt the robbers.
